How long does a website take?

It depends on the size of the site and how quickly we receive your content. You get an exact date in your quote before we start.

Do you work with new brands as well as established businesses?

Yes. We build the plan around your budget and the stage your business is at.

What do I need to give you to start?

Your logo and brand colours if you have them, photos or footage, and a short description of your business and customers. If you have none of these, we help you create them.

How many changes can I ask for?

Your quote states the number of revision rounds. Extra changes beyond that are priced clearly before we start them.

How does payment work?

Payment follows your approved quote or invoice, and work starts after any agreed advance. Ad spend, domains, hosting and stock media are separate unless the quote says otherwise.

Can you promise sales or followers?

No one honestly can. Results depend on your budget, market and the platforms. We promise clear work, honest reporting and constant improvement.

EditNexa Studio ("we", "us") provides marketing, website design, video editing and social media services. You can reach us at editnexas@gmail.com.

What we collect

The details you send through the enquiry form or by email: your name, email address, optional phone number, the service you need and your message. If you become a client, we also receive the content, files and account access needed to do the work. We do not collect payment card details on this website.

Cookies and storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. This site does not store anything in your browser.

How we use it

To reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver the services you hire us for, and keep records of our work.

Sharing

We never sell your information. We share it only with the tools and providers we use to deliver your project (for example email, cloud storage, design, editing, scheduling and advertising platforms), or when the law requires it.

Client materials

Footage, brand files and account access are used only for your project and kept confidential. Where possible, we ask you to grant access through the platform's official permission settings instead of sharing passwords.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and for legitimate business records. We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no method of online transmission is completely secure.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time, in line with applicable data protection laws, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Children and links

Our services are for businesses and adults aged 18 and over. Social platforms and other sites we link to have their own privacy policies.

Services and quotes

We offer marketing, website design, video editing and social media handling. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price are set out in a written quote, message or invoice that you approve before work begins.

Payments

Payment is due as stated in the quote or invoice, and work may begin after any agreed advance. Late payment may pause work. Prices do not include third-party costs such as ad spend, domains, hosting, stock media or software licences unless stated.

Revisions and approvals

The number of revision rounds is stated in your quote. Changes beyond that scope may be charged. Timely feedback and complete materials are needed, and delays on your side may move deadlines.

Your responsibilities

You must give accurate information and have the right to use everything you supply, such as logos, photos, footage and music. You are responsible for the claims made in your own ads, posts and products.

Ownership

After full payment, you own the final deliverables created for you. We keep our tools, templates, code libraries and general know-how. Unless you tell us in writing not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and on our social pages.

No guaranteed results

Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, such as platform algorithms, budget, competition and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific sales, rankings, followers or views.

Cancellation and refunds

Either side may cancel with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point. Advance payments are non-refundable for work already started, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith; otherwise it will be handled by the competent courts in India.
